18 oz. jar apple jelly
18 oz. jar apricot or pineapple preserves
1 1/2 oz. dry mustard
4 oz. jar horseradish

Mix well and refrigerate. Keeps well. Yield 1 quart. Delicious over cream cheese served with crackers or as a sauce for any meat.
