1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Brown beef and onion; drain. Place mixture in 10 inch pie plate or casserole dish. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle cheese over meat. Mix together milk, eggs and Bisquick. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
