LEMON FREEZE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Finely grated rind & juice of 4 lemons

Note: Limes can be used instead for "Lime Freeze". Flaked chocolate, chopped walnuts or pecans sprinkles for topping.

Line a 13 inch shallow dish with aluminum foil. Mix melted butter, finely crushed corn flakes and sugar. Spread mixture evenly in dish to provide base. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

Mix together egg yolks, condensed milk, cream, grated lemon rind and juice. Whisk egg whites stiffly, then fold into mixture. Spread evenly over base in prepared dish. Sprinkle flaked chocolate, etc. on top. Return to freezer until frozen. Serves 10.
