CHEESE POCKETS 
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg yolk

Unroll 1 package rolls and put on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix remainder of ingredients and spread on top of rolls. Put other package of rolls on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Refrigerate.
