LIMA BEAN AND HAM SALAD | |
1 c. cubed left over ham 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen lima beans 1/4 - 1/2 c. finely chopped celery 8 oz. bottle Wishbone Italian dressing 1/4 c. finely chopped onion (opt.) Cook limas until just tender. Place in glass bowl after draining and pour bottle of Wishbone Italian over at once. Let marinate several days. Just before serving add the ham and celery. Also onion if desired. Stir to distribute ingredients. Drain dressing if the amount seems excessive. |
