IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
8-10 med. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped dried chives
Garlic salt
Paprika

Cook potatoes until done. Drain. Mash with butter, sour cream, cream cheese and chives and garlic salt. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight. Remove 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
