ANTIPASTO SALAD 
Lettuce
Salami, sliced thin
Ham, sliced thin
Provolone cheese, sliced thin
Sliced green olives
Chopped tomatoes
Black olives; optional
1 med. bottle Italian dressing

Cut salami, ham and cheese into small squares. In a bowl combine salami, ham, cheese, olives, and tomatoes. Add 1/3 of the bottle of dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours prior to serving (can be made the night before). Prior to serving cut up lettuce, put in pan or bowl and add the remainder of the salad dressing (or to taste). Spoon the ham, cheese, etc. onto the top of the lettuce. Do not mix together. Serve.
