APPLE BUTTER POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. apple butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
4 to 5 tsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch tube or 12 inch bundt pan. In large mixing bowl, beat granulated sugar, butter, and cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well after each addition. Add combined flour, cornmeal, cinnamon, and salt with combined apple butter and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into pan. Spread evenly to edges. Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Combine powdered sugar, milk, corn syrup, and vanilla. Drizzle over cool cake.
