HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper

Saute ground beef and onions in a small amount of fat in cooking pan of a chafing dish until meat is well browned. Stir in condensed soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Cook, covered over direct heat of chafing dish until thoroughly heated. About 6 servings.
