SHRIMP GELATIN SPREAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
5 oz. can sm. shrimp, rinsed & drained

Add gelatin to boiling water. When slightly thickened, add all other ingredients. Chill several hours in a small mold until firm. Unmold and serve with crackers. Heart Smart!
