1 stick butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
8 c. crispy cereal or Rice Chex
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter and chocolate chips. In a large bowl put peanut butter and pour chocolate mixture over top. Blend until smooth. Add cereal and mix until coated.

In a large paper bag or covered bowl put powdered sugar. Add cereal mixture and toss until coated.
