COFFEE CAN PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. flour 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 c. or 1 can pumpkin 1 c. oil 1 c. water 1 c. raisins 1 c. nuts, chopped 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. allspice 2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all dry ingredients. Mix in all liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
