FRESH CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 oranges
1 c. grapes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool. Grind cranberries and add sugar. Grind oranges, apples and pecans, and celery. Mix all and chill overnight. Makes stiff salad. Serves 10 to 12.
