EASY CHILI 
1 lb. very lean ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can chili beans
1 med. sized can pork and beans
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 tbsp. sugar or 2 packets Equal
1 tbsp. chili powder or to taste

Brown ground beef and onion, drain off any grease. Add beans, tomato juice and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with salsa (for those who like it hotter), grated cheese, and corn chips.
