SOUR CREAM PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. canned or mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coarsely chopped California walnuts

Combine brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt in bowl. Add pumpkin, sour cream and eggs. Mix well. Stir in milk. Add nuts. Bake in oven 400 degrees 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
