BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lb. fresh broccoli, chopped to bite size
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
4 chopped green onions
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1/2 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's cholesterol free)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Combine broccoli and onions. Pour dressing over this. Just before serving, mix nuts, raisins and bacon and toss with vegetables.
