LOTS OF BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1 c. blueberries
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. Crisco oil

Mix all ingredients, may add more or less milk to make batter. Pour on hot non-stick skillet or griddle. Makes eight 6 inch pancakes.
