BATTER FRIED CHICKEN 
Remove all fat from chicken; season and let set for 20 minutes. (Use seasoned salt, garlic salt, and black pepper.) Beat 6 eggs very well; dip chicken in eggs. Put in sack with flour. Coat on both sides. Fry in hot salad oil; brown on 1 side, then brown on other side. Cover skillet while frying the chicken.
