LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
2 egg yolks, beaten only
2 egg whites, beaten only
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar

Crush vanilla wafers to form a shell in a pie pan. Beat egg yolks, condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon rind and pour on top of cookie crust. Beat until stiff the egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar and pour on top of lemon mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and chill before serving.
