POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
5 eggs
2 c. flour (Gold Medal Wondra, instantized)
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add the flour gradually, then the remaining ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
