MEATBALLS: 3 lb. ground chuck 2 eggs 4 slices bread, drenched in milk 2 c. Italian bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 pkg. onion soup, lg. Drop in sauce and simmer for over 3 hours. |
