CREAMY ORANGE FONDUE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. sugar
Zest of 1 orange, finely grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Grand Marnier liqueur

FOR DIPPING:

Fresh Fruits: strawberries, cherries, green seedless grapes, apricots, bananas, pears, apples, peaches

Canned Fruits: mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks

Cubes of pound cake: chocolate is especially nice.

In a heavy bottomed saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Slowly add half and half, stirring until smooth. Add sugar and orange zest. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted. Add Grand Marnier. Cook until mixture is just bubbly.
