PORK CANTONESE 
1 lb. boneless pork loin, sliced thin
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 green pepper, sliced
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Large onion, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Place pork in greased 6 1/2 x 10 x 2 inch casserole. Place celery, onion, green pepper over meat. Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce and flour well. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6. I saute the vegetables before putting them over the meat.
