DAVE'S GUACAMOLE DIP 
4 or 5 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted & mashed
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, actually he just pours some in
1/2 c. salsa or picante (med. - not hot)
Salt to taste

If desired, add 1/4 cup sour cream. Mix and eat immediately or if you have to keep it for a Wednesday night fellowship group, put 1 or 2 avocado pits on top so it won't brown. Serve with tortilla chips for dip. But it's also delicious as a salad topper.
