CREAMY GUACAMOLE DIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
2 med. ripe avocados

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce and scallions; blend well. Peel and pit avocado. Mash and add to cheese mixture. Blend well.
