GREEN BEAN SUPREME 
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. (1 lb.) green beans, drained
1/2 c. (2 oz.) strong shredded cheese
Cornbread stuffing mix
Melted butter

Cook onion slightly in butter. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add milk, all at once and cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Add beans. Spread 1/3 of the bean mixture in casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over beans. Repeat ending with beans, combine stuffing mix and melted butter and spread on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
