CAMPSITE STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can condensed beef broth
1 can or 2 c. cream style corn
3 lg. potatoes, peeled and diced (3 c.)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In skillet, brown ground beef and chopped onion. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cover, and cook over low heat (campfire is great) for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Makes 4 very large servings.
