RICE AND FRIZZLED BEEF 
1 c. dried beef
1 c. kernel corn
1 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. grated American cheese
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Rinse beef well. Place 3 tablespoons butter in skillet, add beef and cook until slightly brown. Add 1 cup corn, 1 cup rice and saute few minutes. Remove mixture from skillet--pour into casserole with 1 can of soup. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
