2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs and sugar. Add sifted dry ingredients. Heat milk and butter before boiling point, add to batter and beat well. Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. coconut
