LAZY DAISY CAKE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk

Beat eggs, add sugar and vanilla. Blend in sifted dry ingredients. Bring butter and milk to a boil and add to mixture. Bake at 350 degrees in ungreased 9x13 inch Pyrex pan for 25 to 30 minutes.

BROILED ICING:

4 tbsp. cream or half & half
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shredded coconut (1 can angel flake)

Mix slowly over low heat until all melted. Place on cooked cake (may be put on hot cake). Broil in oven until light brown, 2 or 3 minutes. Watch closely! You may have to move cake around so that it browns evenly.
