ARTICHOKE FRITTATA 
2-3 sm. minced cloves of garlic
1/2 to 1 bunch chopped green onions
1 tbsp. butter
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
6 eggs
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
6 crumbled individual soda crackers
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and garlic in the butter. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Put into an 8 x 8 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut and serve.

(Glenna writes that when she is in a hurry she does not saute the onion and substitutes garlic powder for the whole garlic.)
