CHILLED CUCUMBER SOUP 
1 cucumber, peeled & sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. sour cream
3-4 green onions, minced fine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill seed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Paprika & snipped chives for garnish

Blend all ingredients except paprika and chives in blender until smooth. Refrigerate. To serve, garnish with paprika and chives. Soup is really better made and chilled the day before.
