MEXICAN SKILLET MEAL 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Lg. can chili with beans
1 tsp. chili powder
10 3/4 oz. cream chicken soup
Lg. can yellow hominy, drained
1 c. shredded cheese (add last)
1/4 c. bell pepper
2 1/4 oz. can ripe olives, drained
1/2 pkg. Fritos (add last)

Saute meat, onion, bell pepper and drain. Mix rest together and simmer for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle Fritos and cheese on top.
