FRENCH PEAS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas with onions
1 packet Butter Buds, made into liquid
1 c. (2 oz.) chopped lettuce leaves
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. tarragon
Pepper to taste
Paprika

Combine all ingredients except paprika and cook, covered over low heat 8-10 minutes or until peas are tender. Sprinkle with paprika using Butter Buds instead of butter. You save 188 calories and 70 mg cholesterol. Serves 4.
