ECLAIR CAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Boil water and butter; remove from heat. Add flour and stir fast. Add eggs, one at a time; stir well. Spread on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and press down center right away.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix until just smooth and spread on cooled crust. Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
