CRANBERRY SUMMER SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cranberries (cooked as directed on package) or 1 can whole cranberries, undrained
1 box orange Jello (dissolved in 1 cup boiling water)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until firm. Serving suggestion: cut into squares and serve over crisp lettuce. Mayonnaise may be offered on the side.
