SEAFOOD DIP 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can lobster, shrimp or crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. horseradish
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cut lobster into small pieces (or clean other shell fish) and add to softened cream cheese. Add all ingredients and mix well. Chill. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
