FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll Pillsbury cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Any 5 fruits of your choice

CRUST: Pat 1 roll cookie dough in pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Cool.

FILLING: Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie crust.

TOPPING: Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture (above).

GLAZE:

1 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix and cook until thick, then pour over fruit. Chill about 6 hours before serving.

HINT: Bananas will not darken if covered with 1/2 cup lemon juice, then drained before placing on fruit pizza.
