1 c. rice
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. hot water
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. marshmallows

Cook rice until soft. Drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
