RICE CREAM 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. vanilla
2-4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 sm. container heavy cream

Scald milk, add rice slowly. Cook over low heat until rice has been absorbed. Add vanilla and almond flavoring. Add sugar, stir well. Add whipped heavy cream when rice is cooled. Recipe can be doubled.
