4 egg whites 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. vinegar Pinch of cream of tartar Put all together in a bowl and beat on high speed for about 15 minutes. Make into meringue on wax paper on cookie sheet. Put in cool oven, then turn to 200 degrees and leave for 50 to 60 minutes. When cool, fill with fruit. |
