BANANA FRITTERS 
Ripe bananas (2 or 3)
1/2 c. flour (more, if needed)
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Oil to cover frying pan (not too much)

Mash bananas. Add flour and baking powder, sugar and nutmeg. Mix until smooth. Heat frying pan with oil. Spoon into hot oil a tablespoon at a time. Can be eaten plain or sprinkle with sugar on top.
