ALMOND CHICKEN 
2 c. almonds, ground finely
1 to 2 c. half and half
12-18 boned and skinned chicken breast pieces
Flour
Salt
1 cube butter, unsalted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Dip chicken in flour-salt mixture, then in half and half. Roll in almonds. Place in baking pan, turning once. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
