CHICKEN WITH ALMONDS 
6 1/2 chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 c. rice, cooked
Parsley

Debone chicken, place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown almonds in butter, saute onions and mushrooms together with almonds. Add the lemon juice and sherry. Spoon over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cooked rice; garnish with parsley.
