RASPBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. flour plus 2 tbsp.
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. raspberries

Put dry ingredients in bowl. Add and quickly stir in the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Fold in raspberries. Fill greased muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
