SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) spinach, frozen, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (1.4 oz.) dried onion soup
8 oz. natural shredded cheese, chilled
2 slices bread, either cubed or crumbs, buttered

Cook spinach, microwave. Drain well. Press out excess liquid. Mix all ingredients and top with bread crumbs. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
