FILLED MELON WEDGES 
3 oz. pkg. raspberry or strawberry gelatin
2 c. pineapple juice
1 ripe cantaloupe

In medium bowl dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling pineapple juice. Add remaining juice. Cut cantaloupe in half. Remove seeds. Remove fruit. Stir into gelatin. Fill shells with gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into slices or wedges. Serves 4-6.
