16 pieces McCain Smiles (in frozen potatoes section)
4 slices American cheese, cut into quarters
2 oz. barbecue sauce
Ranch dressing, for dipping (optional)

Prepare Smiles in oven according to package directions.

When finished baking, remove from oven, brush with barbecue sauce, and top each Smile with a cheese quarter. Return to oven and heat until cheese is melted.

Transfer to a serving platter and add a bowl of Ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
