CARROT SALAD 
1 pkg. grated or shredded carrots
1 c. seedless raisins
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 pkg. Durkee flaked coconut
1/2 lb. roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours. Serves 6.
