ARMENIAN SALAD 
2 tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces
6 radishes, diced
6 black olives, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
2 celery hearts, diced
12 English walnuts, diced
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt

Combine all vegetables and walnuts in salad bowl. Pour oil, vinegar and salt over mixture and toss lightly but well.
